Our three main services

The Maize Advantage refers to our professional assurance and confidence in the quality of consulting and essay work that goes through our Head Consultant. Our Head Consultant/Co-founder will work 1v1 rigorously with each student to brainstorm, outline, develop, and tell the most authentic and interesting stories unique to each student.

The Maize Advantage can be summed up in 3 points:

1. Our Head Consultant is fluent in Mandarin and thus understands the logic behind the Chinese language and how that differs from English. His ability to help students draw our their own stories comes from sharing his insights on these discrepancies and finding personalized solutions through services for each student. 

2. Our Head Consultant deeply understands both Chinese and American culture, allowing him to guide students to weave together pieces of writing that infuse elements from both sides in a balanced, respectful, and nuanced way. 

3. Our Head Consultant is involved in each student’s service from beginning to end and thus develops an in-depth and growing knowledge and feel for each student’s personality, strengths, weaknesses, and values. This sustained knowledge is reflected through the personalized guidance on essay work.
